- Instructors must be informed 48 hours in advance of cancellations, otherwise it is chargeable.
- Driving test postponed by DVSA are a matter of the pupil and DVSA, the refund must be claimed by the pupil.
- On the test day, if your driving instructors car breaks down, we are not responsible.
- If you change your test date to a location that we do not cover, you will be charged a different price.
- All lessons must be paid for in advance of the lessons through our website.
- If you pay the instructor directly we are not responsible for any issues.
- All courses must be completed within 3 months of the course start date, after that period the company will not be responsible for remaining lessons.
- We reserve the right to refuse the use of the instructor or the car for practical test, if you have not reached a satisfactory standard.
- If you are late for the lesson, the lesson will still finish at the arranged time.
- If you miss a lesson, the lesson will still be charged as instructors reserved time for the lesson.
